Not able to log into My Account, no problem earlier but no luck now! Email and password OK but keeps stating technical fault.
When I choose to log in password-less, codes sent to both email and phone show the same technical fault. I was told over the phone there may be a problem, any update as to when this will be resolved?
Does anything work with Talk Talk!

Managed to log on but not able to go to my account. These screen grabs pop up on rotation!

I have seen the situation where it is possible to access the account after resetting the password, but not on a subsequent attempt using the password. However, the passwordless login option worked.

Just tried again both incognito, different browsers and on my phone, I then reset password and all looked well until trying to log on again! Does look to the untrained eye as if I'm locked out! The tech issue on the phone did come across as BS!

It's not an issue that is affecting all customers. I have just successfully logged in.
If you have not already done so, try again after clearing your browser cache, or try again with a different browser.
