Hi i joined talktalk with full fibre on 30th april still not recived my first bill

hi fibre internet working fine direct debit set up and i signed up online yet no bill generated and been live since 30th april

@ben25, have you selected online billing [it avoids getting the extra charge that goes with paper billing] and set up a Direct Debit?

Are your services running as normal? It might be a glitch with the setting up of your My Account  / Direct Debit, and a first DD can take a while to set up properly. 

 

I will re-escalate this thread for you, but it might be quicker to ask to speak to a member of the billing team directly via the Customer Service number: 03451 720088.

hi yes please can this be checked as when i login to my account it says account restricted due to not payment of bill but no bill has been generated

Typically, your first bill is generated within a few weeks of your service activation. However, there can sometimes be delays in processing. I recommend checking your email inbox, including your spam or junk folders, as the bill may have been sent electronically.

 

To ensure we resolve this for you, I can check your account status and provide you with an update on your billing, we will need to discuss this privately as we do not want to disclose any information in public. Is that fine with you?
