Hi ya is this for new customers or existing customers also mid way through their contract?

You are welcome, sorry that it is for new customers only however they make deals for existing customers as well maybe you can check for those just to be updated when you decide to renew.

Hi both 

Apparently the deal is new customers only and it goes up to £28 in April and that's what I pay now.

I decided to read the T&C's property 😺

Phone 03451 720088 between 9am and 7pm on a weekday (6pm on Saturday) and ask to speak to the Retentions team (also known as Better Value team .... Loyalty team)

or use Chat. 

 

If you are not within the last few months of the end of your contract they may slap on a mid contract  change / admin fee, so be very careful to listen and check the contract details, @Pash02.
