Hi, I’m having some problems adding a Wi-Fi smart plug. I (think) I have split the channels, and that’s what it confirms on the router home page. However, when I turn off 5ghz to add the smart plug to the hub, the app, and I have tried a few, on my device (iPhone) seems to think it’s still connected to 5g. 5g is not showing in my iphone settings. I’m getting sincerely ticked off.
in case you’re wondering, I have four plugs, they can’t all be faulty, and why is my app showing connected to 5g. Attached image to show disabled 5g.

hhheeeeellllppp!!!!! 🙂

Have you tried rebooting your iPhone?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don't worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
