Hi,

 

I am due to start some renovation work and need to move the cabling and master socket from the top of an internal wall to the bottom.

 

I can’t find a way to request this so have added a post here instead.


Please can you let me know how to proceed?

Morning,

 

This is classed as a Low Volume Request (LVR) which would be chargeable. Openreach engineers can also install and replace main phone sockets if requested. This is chargeable at £128.40. Please let us know if you'd like to go ahead with this.
