Any TalkTalk staff available? I'm losing my mind trying to get the offshore automatons to engage and investigate.
I've done the usual drill of reboot the router and then disconnect it; Connectivity is dropping around once every fifteen minutes, much like it did the last time I engaged here (https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Broadband/How-to-reach-an-empowered-member-of-TalkTalk-staff/m-p...)

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see re-connections on the line. Does your main socket have a test socket? Do you also have an alternative router that you can test with?
