My broadband does not work properly. 10 seconds working 2 minutes waiting.

I restart broadband books,too many times, but is stay same.

Could you help me, please, and sorted out this very problem for me.

Hi @Leitmane unfortunately your post will not be answered by TalkTalk staff until Tuesday due to holidays.

In the meantime try disconnecting your router from power for 30 minutes then reconnecting. 

 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
