Hello,

 

I'm trying to make a complaint regarding the awful service and customer service from the phone team, from refusal to escalate to a manager or take a complaint, refusal to pick up the phone to other agents, rudeness, and lack of any technical knowledge. I was told to come and make any complaints on this forum but this does not seem, right?

 

Help!

There's a procedure to follow, @antlaura22, if you can click on the Complaints link at the foot of the page.
