I have had my line tested and talktalk say it is working as expected but every now and then i lose my BB connection. The light on my router stays as a single white light which I believe means I am connected to the exchange ok. I suspect my router may be intermittently faulty because something is losing my BB connection so it may be my router or even a fault at the exchange end?

Are you losing connection on devices that are connected to the router via Wi-Fi, or via Ethernet. If it is only affecting Wi-Fi connected devices then the issue could be related to the Wi-Fi signal between your router and your devices.
For one of the TalkTalk Support Team on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include :
This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile (only you and the TalkTalk Support Team on this community can see your profile details).
