I used to be able to backup or restore the router settings by going into advanced settings and maintenance, but the menu item for backup has disappeared. Where should I look for these menu items please?

Debbie-TalkTalk confirmed here that the router software no longer offers a Restore feature as it's been removed and will no longer be available.
