My bill was increased without my permission, Also it is much  higher than the market average.

Your bill would also have gone up from April in accordance with mid term price rises.

It's probably due to your contract period ending and the cost reverting to the out of contract standard price, or due to a promotional period on a boost (such as phone) ending. Promotional periods can differ from the contract period.

 

You can check if you are now out of contract in My Account and to negotiate a new contract you will need to speak to the Loyalty (Better Value) Team. 

 

Contracts and pricing cannot be conducted on the forum.

TalkTalk do not need your permission to increase your price as this would all be within the contract documents sent to you at the outset if your contract period.
