Broadband connection

My router is connected, but has been reset recently as this is ongoing. Around 5pm each evening, my wifi looses internet connection, but the router is still on, it’s always connected etc? 
Anybody know what I can do? I have a disabled adult living with me and a baby, so wifi is essential to us
