Why do I lose my broadband connection for about two minutes when I stop using the landline phone? Any ideas, please.

Hi Mel48,

 

So just to confirm, when you finish a call on your landline your internet connection drops for two minutes? Does the light change on your router when the connection drops?

 

How many telephone socket do you have in your home? Is your router and telephone current connected to the test socket? - Your guide to main phone sockets - TalkTalk Help & Support
