Broadband has gone down

Hi, my broadband has gone down, the power and DSL lights are green on the openreach box but the light on the talktalk router flashes white/amber then stays amber. Have done all the recommendations but still nothing.  Try to run the connection test on my line through my mobile phone and it comes back with We've run into an error".  Any help please?
