We have had intermittent broadband connection for the past week. Since Thursday 30th March things have got really bad - no lights, red lights and sometimes flashing lights; it’s making work pretty impossible. I’ve had numerous online chat help which hasn’t resolved the issue at all. I’m wondering, and have suggested, if the router is the problem, but nobody seems to want to provide us with a replacement. Any ideas on the best way to reach a resolution ? Thanks, Claire
