Broadband not working (BL9 Area)

Please can somebody help. My broadband went off around 2am this morning and it won't come back on again.

 

I have tried two different routers and the problem persists.

 

Fault number REP-11408146

 

I cannot seem to contact a representative over the telephone anymore.

I believe it is back on now 🙂 What was the actual problem??  How do you get support from Talk talk when there is a problem? There doesn't seem to be anyone available outside of 9 till 7.

Connected to master socket and still no service.

Two different routers tested and same result - won't connect 😞

I will run some tests on the line. Is the router connected at the test socket at the moment?
