Couple of months ago or so, I sorted out a deal with talktalk for a £25pm broadband deal.
This months bill started off at £29.95 broadband charges not to mention the added cost of landline telephone calls. After 6 years of being a loyal customer I am now off to a new ISP. Had enough. The new ISP offers a social broadband package with NO price hikes, 12 month contract, auto renew and the same speed I get with talktalk all for £20.
I did not want to move to a new ISP but you have caused this. This is not the way to treat either new or existing customers.
I will not be coming back.
