Can't connect to VPN

Hello.  I can't connect to VPN.  I have checked my router and its version  SG4K100130.  My IT department says that PPTP is blocked.  Please can you advise.  I need to work.

It works.  Thank you so much.  

 

Also, if you liase with Talktalk customer services team, perhaps they could be told its an easy fix and an engineer visit isn't necessary!
