Can't connect to work VPN

Hi,

 

I'm currently unable to connect to my work vpn. If I disconnect my laptop from my home wifi and use my mobile hotspot, it connects without any issues. Can anyone help please? Please see details below:

- TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub 2
- version SG4K100136

Hi @crosa,

 

That firmware version is known to have VPN connectivity issues in certain circumstances. The support team here won't be around now until Monday (or more likely Tuesday), when they return they may be able to arrange for your router to be updated to a different firmware version that is more reliable with VPN connectivity.
