Hi.
I am a disabled customer who can't do phone calls. We had an engineer visit us right now from Openreach which you said had been cancelled via a text message.
My partner tried to call you to ask about this but you told him that you couldn't speak to him as he is not the account holder. Can you direct me to a way to get support now (while the engineer is here) that is accessible for me or allow my partner to speak on my behalf?
