Hi there on my bill this month was a late payment charge for last month? Which I paid my bill on time ! Talk talk was suppose to amend this as I paid well before due date! It was because i cancelled my direct debit before that! But I still paid my bill well before due date can you please fix this

You paid the bill one day before the due extraction date. Arne explained that the email was automated, as are the billing systems.
Once issued the bill cannot be changed. Check in the details of your account, as the £12.50 may show up in transactions / billing history as a credit.
If that's the case it's already been refunded but the amount due is the full amount.
If there's no credit this time, the full amount is due, as the bill cannot be altered after it's issued, but the credit will eventually show up in My Account, @Babybates123.
