I am goint to cancel broadband next week , when do i have to inform you

Opening hours for the Christmas period will be more limited than usual, @Limbu777.

 

Normal on the 23rd (9am till 6pm) to phone 03451 720088.

You are normally required to give 30 days notice to cancel your service.
