I have been working from home for months with no issue and since the beginning of June I cannot connect to my VPN.
I can connect to it using someone else's broadband in a different house but cannot connect via my TalkTalk. I have tried all the steps in the email I have been sent umpteen times and still no connection.

Hi @Duckyfuzz,
If you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub then this will probably have been caused by the firmware upgrading to a new version.
What VPN software do you use, or is it the built in Windows 10/11 VPN ?
The support team here will be able to help, if you do have the Sagemcom they will probably be able to fix it by changing the firmware.
The Support Team won't be around now until Monday, but they should be able to respond to this post early next week to help.
