Cannot reach a particular website

After some un successful attempts to login into control panel of a website I have lost all connectivity to that domain www.jamc.co.uk when on talktalk broadband. Can still reach it via my mobile provider's data internet, so am using it as a wifi hotspot to connect my laptop.

I tried to address the issue by clearing my browser's history, cash and cookie, as well as disabling all firewalls and security software, and re booting the router - to no avail.

Hurdle is obviously in talktalk's data throughput, but the online chat led me nowhere. Complete waste of time.

Hello,

Could you try logging into your My Account and see if you are using HomeSafe/Kidsafe/Homework time please. Have you also tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retested again as this will reset the current session.

Thanks

According to ping the address of the website is 51.89.238.122 but opening that in a browser does not work. So it is one of those weird web hosting sites that share one IP address between different web sites and then look at the request header to find the site name to serve the right site.

Hi @leonard5XL then my frustrating answer is that it'll probably sort itself out in the next 18 hours, which is about when the TT team here are back at work.

Save yourself a bit of time and add your landline phone number to your community profile so that your account can be identified. Please don't post personal information here.

Working here, maybe it's your browser/security settings/AV? i note that the site does not have a security certificate.

Hi Divsec,

Thanks for your input.

I am blocked regardless of the operating system or browser when connected to talktalk broadband. When going outside the talktalk everything works fine. Did reboot all my devices, including the router, before - the same non result.

I can see that home page of that site with TalkTalk broadband from Atherton exchange fibre to the cabinet. Not sure it helps but it is another data point.
