Connection constantly dropped

I have a sagemcom FAST 5364-3 that for a long time has been fine but on Tues & today (Weds seemed fine?!) is constantly dropping the connection. I have a minute or so connected then 5 min trying to reconnect. Is there an automatic update recently applied that might be causing this or anything else that can be done to fix it. I can't work from home in this position. Line speed tests are fine WHEN the connection is working.

Hi Nic_R

I'm sorry to hear this.

The line test hasn't detected any faults but I can see re connections on the line.

Would you like me to send a replacement router for testing?

Thanks

Debbie

Thanks for that info. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

Light goes to flashing amber before settling back down to white which I guesss means it would have affected wired connections though I haven't tried any

Just to confirm when this happens, what is the state of the light on the front of the Sagemcom? Does this affect wired connections (Ethernet) as well or only WiFi ones?
