Everything is plugged in fine, we have tried resetting router, everything is fine but randomly the connection just drops sometimes for 1 minute, sometimes for over 20 minutes, this isn't helping when working from home. Please help us.

When this happens, what is the state of the light on the front of the router (assuming a Wi-Fi Hub)?
