Look at the first reply on this thread for details about how to cancel.

 

It cannot be done through the forum.

 

Best to phone 03451 720088 (9am -7pm, Monday to Friday, till 6pm Saturday, not open for this on Sundays).

You need to go to the billing message board and click on start a topic to open your own thread, @Younis.

 

Also explain there how you cancelled. Did you phone?
