DSL 3782 - firmware updates

Hi 

I have been with talk talk for a while. I am beginning to get frequent periods when the internet connection drops (sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 2 hours!). This appears to be happening at least on a weekly basis (some days several times).

I have a DSL 3782 and checking the firmware appears to be v1.08t from 2018 (!).

Is there an updated firmware that may help resolve my issues ?

Morning,

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. Would you like us to send a Wifi Hub instead to see how this compares as the 3782 is one of our older routers.
