@Janice22, it's different infrastructure and installed by Openreach or CityFibre on behalf of Talktalk.

You may be offered an upgrade anyway. Sometimes the copper is left behind in the short term to keep the use of your landline, but more usually you will need to request VOIP with the agreed order for Full Fibre in order to keep the use of your Talktalk phone number.
