Good afternoon,

I have my WiFi ready to be launched for the 23rd however I would like to enquire to see if I can get earlier access, is there a fee I can pay or a goodwill gesture?

we have the box delivered already so it’s already to be put in

Hi there @Poohbear15#, you would need to call in for more advise on this situation, but I have provided a link with information regarding the process and installation. Thanks

It's not TalkTalk who do the installation but Openreach or maybe City Fibre depending on your region.

It's probably not possible to change this as the date has been agreed.

Is this a new installation or a home move on a similar contract?

Staff here probably can't change the booking and if it's at all possible you would need to speak to the appropriate department but as this may be a contractual change, as said is probably not possible.

Staff are back on Monday and can advise further.

For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
