Hi TalkTalk support.
I´m not a customer to TalkTalk services, in fact I live in Sweden. (Sorry for my bad English!)
One year ago, I bought a new Eero 6 pro node from eBay. the node has been working fine but suddenly stopped working. I Contacted Eero support who told me that the Eero node is TalkTalk branded and TalkTalk cloud service (?) have blocked the node and I need to contact you at TalkTalk.
So, what can I do? Why has the Eero node suddenly stopped working? Can you release the TalkTalk branding, so I start again?

Hi @Michelle-TalkTalk did you read the bit about he is not a TalkTalk customer & that he bought the Eero from eBay?

Please can you add the eero serial number to the Private Notes section of your Community Profile. Please do not post any personal information on the Community.

If you've purchased an eero 6 that's locked to TalkTalk UK then that will be a free-issue product owned by TalkTalk. i.e. the person selling it got it for free. So ask for your money back. The product will not be unlocked and should be returned to TalkTalk UK.
