FAST 5364 wifi hub - Port Forward or DMZ just can't be set

I have a FAST 5364 wifi hub, with firmware version SG4K100208.

1. When I tried to add new port forward, it will keeps complains my port number can't have -, but there is never a - in the port number

2. When I tried to add DMZ, it just says it could not complete

Hi there @ronaldtao, please complete the factory reset as @KeithFrench suggested. Will take it from there afterwards.

Normally, @ronaldtao when you see the error that something wrong happened, you need to do a factory reset on the router. This can be especially true with hardware revision 3 on the 5364; V4 is not affected by this.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
