Just had a bill for £75 for an engineer visit for fixing my broad band didn't replace or fix anything he came out because a engineer came out a month ago left saying my broadband was fixed when it wasn't broadband not working for 3wks after visiting now they are trying to charge me for there engineers not fixing it the first time they were out. Trying to contact them is horrendous want to make a complaint too. I will not be renewing my contract with Talk Talk

Okay so I've investigated and the charge is invalid, a refund has been applied to your account, so you don't need to worry about this anymore. The amount can be used to pay any bills you might have on the account, you can also go to myaccount and apply for the refund to be sent to your bank account. Thanks
