I am desperate to get this fault fixed as l work from home  and have no Internet

Hi @Emeliavp20? thank you for beginning this to our attention, I have checked on your account and I do see that a non-appointed engineer was booked yesterday. It usually takes 2-3 working days to fix the issue on the line exchange. We are aware of how important your connection is during this time as a lot of our customer are working from home, I do apologize for this, I can rest assure you the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
