Firmware Update

Hi there, 

 

I believe the current firmware my router is on, is causing me issues with my work VPN connectivity.

 

Is there a way to manually install an update?

 

I went on the live chat but wasn't satified with the "reboot and wait 3 hours" response.

Ok, please can you reboot the router and retest again?

 

Your current firmware should now work ok with VPN, we don't block VPN connections.

Hi there, thanks for doing that. I can see the new firmware is now installed. Unfortunatley the VPN issue persists so it must be an issue at the server end. Thanks for your help.

Will it be ok if I make a change to your router firmware now? 

 

We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
