Definitely get in touch with Talktalk directly.

You cannot do this update yourself as it needs to come from Talktalk, not files on the Internet, @Meteorraincloud7.

TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub (Sagemcom FAST 5364) is a dual-band AC1200/AC2200 wireless router
it’s on 24/7 until it decides to lose connection. Recently it’s been losing connection so I was checking some info, noticed the firmware isn’t updated which I thought was automatically updated itself aha

Which router model is it, @Meteorraincloud7?

If it's one of these, you need to contact Talktalk directly on 03451 720088 or Chat (via My Account) to discuss it's replacement:

Current Sagemcom models should be updating automatically  - usually overnight, so don't switch it off at night. This cannot be done manually, and there are no staff on here to push this through for you.
