Hi

 

wifi hasn’t worked for 2 days now. Tried using MyConnection. Poor WiFi speed. Router flashing orange slowly. Received a ‘in progress’ status report and an email stating:

Following your line test, you will receive a message with the next steps shortly. Please follow the instructions in that message, which will either guide you through self-service troubleshooting or connect you with an agent if necessary.

 

but not heard anything further.
