Following strong winds and power cuts last night (now restored) my modem after several reboots, resets etc remains with a flashing orange light. Reported to talk talk via line testing but states no issues.
Does anyone now if any outages in DN92HE area?

Power cuts often do leave routers with an issue, if there's been a surge as well, @Mycjets.
You'll need to contact Talktalk directly for them to check your router and possibly replace it if it's now faulty.
