Broadband has stopped working.
Raised a automatic line test which highlighted an issue and a fault has been raised. I have since noted there is no indicator showing on the HUB unit or a LAN indicator on the Openreach unit. All cabling is correctly connected. Is this power issue with the HUB.

If the line is OK and there appears to be no indication there is power to the HUB could please send a replacement unit.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. Would you like us to send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out?
