What is a point of the home move link that gives an error and then tells you to call a number that is not in service.
Online chat is useless as well.... just get a message of "We’re sorry, all our agents are currently busy. We will be with you shortly."
Gave up after 10 minutes waiting with online chat.

Sometimes Talktalk simply doesn't have provision - and it can mean that you may have to pay early termination fees if you have to leave them, @kena007.

According to the folks via the online chat, they are claiming that TalkTalk can't provide internet service at the property that I am moving to.

Sometimes the web functionality fails due to pop up blockers. Try turning these off.
When I used it I had to refresh it, reinout the info and it went straight through.
Try phoning 0345 172 0088 and specifically ask for home move if all else fails.
