I'd be grateful for any suggestions, I have new website hosted by IONOS and the site created by WIX (the name servers point to IONOS from WIX) and I'm unable to view the website in any browser (chrome, edge, firefox) despite clearing cache and updating them. I can access it if I run a VPN. I'd rather not give the web address out on here at the moment but If anyone requires it to help me I can send it to them. I'm completely lost with this and so any help would be gratefully appreciated

Hi,

It's kind of you to answer me, I see so it is a common issue. I'll have a go at the routers DNS tonight then and If i struggle I'll stick to using a VPN.It's annoying but I guess at least I'm able to see it , my only concern is if potential customers have the same issue and can't see my website. Again thanks for your reply. Mark

Hi thecartmanuk

Here's the  advice from Ionos about DNS propagation

Pragmatically, continue to use a VPN or an alternate DNS setting in your router until all DNS changes have been made.
