Around 01:30am certain websites get blocked and I can't access Security in My account

Around 01:30am certain websites get blocked and I can't access Security in My account. I get an error as per below. I think the kid safe filters are turning on and I can't access it to turn it off due to this error. Restarting my modem does not resolve it.
