Hi has anyone had guys from talk talk at their doors? I had 2 today. They had the talk talk jackets on and tablets, were full of information. So I thought they were the real deal. Anyway I upgraded my contract giving them my bank details. Had a fine call from someone at talk talk to confirm everything.  But I've just checked my account and there's nothing in it about upgrade! Have I been conned?

@Laura666 kindly accept my apologies for getting back to you late. I have had a look at your account and can see that you had contacted the customer services team, and they had already confirmed that there is no cease on the account and also you were contacted by TalkTalk loyalty.
