Security and account settings

Hi, if I log into my account, I cannot access settings or security, if I click the buttons nothing happens ?

I have tried other browsers, cleared cookies etc, any ideas ?

I think kidsafe is on and I want it set to off

We had (fibre) landline problems for around 2 weeks, has something been turned off ,? It's since then.

I have checked your settings. Kids safe, scam protection and homework time are all off. Can you please try a different browser and let me know if you are still unable to access the settings.
