Hello.  Is anybody having problems logging into their talktalk account.  I need to get into my account to set my wifi security settings and i have the right user name and passcode but it keeps hanging uo and not opening my acocunt.  This has been going on since 4pm yesterday and I really need to get in to adjust my setting so I can do my work. 

 

I get an error saying - Sorry - for technical or security reasons we cannot log you in. Please refresh and try again.

 

Please help I have a work deadline.

@yhoughes I am sorry it has taken this long to get back to you; we have confirmed that it is not possible to do it on our side.

Thank you - was hoping for another fix as the last time I did that - with another talktalk issue - I had to reset all of my passwords ect.  I wish somebody in talktalk could whitelist the site I am working on so I do not need to have to keep turning off virus alerts and so not need to go into my account all of the time.

@yhoughes please try to clear your cache and cookies and also try deleting your browsing history and re- attempt to log in. We have an issue where some of our customers are unable to use MyAccount.
