Broadband help

I have left talktalk this month and they have not sent a recycling bag for returning the router.

I was expecting a bag to be sent to me for returning the router, I am concered as I expect to be charged a fee if I never return it.  One has not arrived and I was disconnected 3 weeks ago so this is urgent now.  Does anyone know how I can request one?

Hi Marcus,

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Just make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number as was are complete on your community profile (click here) so that the support team can link your forum identity with your account and they can arrange this for you.
