Hi, I'm paying an early termination fee due to moving to a new house without fibre coverage from TalkTalk. The customer services person on the phone told me they'll be sending a return envelope for the router, it hasn't arrived in 2 weeks and I'm at the new address already. Shall i assume that you don't want it back, or could someone give me a return label to print at home so I don't get charged for keeping the router? Thank you.
