I tried to book the collection of the parcel with the router and power cable but the postage ID and the tracking number are not recognised by the Royal Mail webpage to do this. I thought maybe the first sticker with the postage label had expired and that was why. I asked for a 2nd one and the same happens. It's a shame because the parcel is ready to go, but can't book the collection and can't get the parcel to the post office or any other place due to disabilities. I'll wait for guidance for a few months and then if no answer or solution, I'll have to bin the router unfortunately. I was trying to chat online with customer services but the option does not seem to available for me anymore. It's not because I'm not trying.

I had one of these the other day, @purgatory9, but made a lucky guess. It's so silly that they don't make the zero and the O more conspicuously different.

Hey, I tried again but changed what it looked like a 0 (zero) to an O (capital o) and it worked this time! Sorry about any nuisance this may have caused. Thanks again!

@siphosethu-TT , a few months ago there was a spate of dud labels being sent out - is it worth checking whether or not this could be happening again?
