There is no connection from yesterday morning and I have contacted the customer care several times

Staff here work normal office hours so they won't pick this up until tomorrow.

 

What have the other services team told you? What have they done to rectify this?

 

Staff here will probably ask you to do all the checks you've already done, so if you wish them to look into this and save time, both yours and theirs, it's best to tell them, rather than duplicate effort.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
