INTERNET NOT CONNECTING- ROUTER LIGHTS KEEP BLINKING ALL OVER THE SHOP. TRIED TURNING ON AND OFF AND LINE CHECKED A FEW DAYS AGO AND FOUND NO FAULT- THE INTERNET CAME BACK FOR A COUPLE DAYS BUT OFF AGAIN TODAY. ONLINE CHAT NOT HELPING. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. Bear in mind that they won't be back online before tomorrow morning. And just a wee heads up: please don't use all caps as it is harder to read and can be construed as SHOUTING! 

 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
